In most cases, if you have given a cat to someone else, you cannot demand the cat back unless there was a specific agreement in place. Once you have given the cat away, the new owner has legal ownership of the cat. However, if there was a written agreement or contract in place stating that the cat could be returned under certain circumstances, then you may have a legal basis to demand the cat back. It's always best to try to resolve the situation amicably and consider the well-being of the cat in any decision-making process. **

To paint picks, you can start by cleaning them with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris. Next, you can use a primer specifically designed for metal surfaces to ensure the paint adheres properly. Once the primer is dry, you can use acrylic paint or spray paint to add color and design to the picks. Allow the paint to dry completely before using the picks for playing guitar. **

Double-sided picks are not necessary, but they can be useful for certain playing styles and techniques. They offer versatility by providing different tip shapes on each side, allowing for a variety of tones and playing options. Some guitarists prefer double-sided picks for their convenience and ability to switch between different playing styles without needing to change picks. Ultimately, whether double-sided picks are necessary depends on personal preference and playing style. **

To get your cat used to the outdoors despite living on the top floor, you can start by creating a safe outdoor space for them, such as a catio or a balcony enclosure. This will allow your cat to experience the outdoors while still being protected from potential dangers. You can also gradually introduce your cat to the outdoors by taking them outside on a harness and leash, allowing them to explore in a controlled manner. Additionally, providing plenty of enrichment and stimulation indoors can help satisfy your cat's natural instincts and reduce their desire to roam outside. **

It is important to consider the safety and well-being of your cat, as well as the concerns of your neighbor. If your neighbor is requesting that you lock up your cat, it may be because they are concerned about the cat's behavior or the impact it may have on their property. It would be best to have a conversation with your neighbor to understand their concerns and work together to find a solution that ensures the safety and happiness of your cat while also addressing your neighbor's concerns. **
