It is best to have a professional plumber inspect the unit to determine the exact cause of the issue. **

To connect a 5-liter under-counter water heater, you will need to first ensure that you have the necessary tools and materials, such as a pipe wrench, Teflon tape, and appropriate piping. Next, shut off the water supply to the area where you will be installing the water heater. Then, carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation, which typically involve connecting the water heater to the cold water supply line and the hot water output line. Finally, test the connections for any leaks and make sure the water heater is properly secured in place before turning the water supply back on. If you are unsure about any part of the installation process, it is best to consult a professional plumber for assistance. **

A closed water circuit for a bar counter can be implemented by using a recirculating water system. This system would involve a water reservoir, a pump, and a series of pipes and nozzles to distribute the water. The water would be continuously circulated through the system, with any excess water collected and filtered before being returned to the reservoir. This closed circuit system would help to conserve water, reduce the need for constant refilling, and minimize the risk of contamination. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the system would also be necessary to ensure the water remains clean and safe for use. **
